MedicalMate CARDIOcheckAPP app for iPhone and iPad

Conceived and developed by medical specialists, CARDIOcheckAPP ​​allows direct sharing of clinical data between physicians and patients.

Thanks to the CARDIOcheckAPP ​​patients can share with their physician (eg. Diabetologist, cardiologist, internist, etc.), the self-check blood glucose, blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), weight and symptoms.

The application is based on direct knowledge between DOCTOR and PATIENT. We keep an updated list of doctors who adopt the service.

Our advice to patients: If your doctor is not registered in CARDIOcheckAPP, prompt him to adopt the service.
